The agreement

By placing an order you agree to these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your country and include the taxes stated at checkout. Payment is taken when you order. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch; if we do, we will tell you and you can cancel.

Availability

If an item turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Product images and descriptions

We describe items as accurately as we can. Colours can look different between screens, and decorative items are made to look right at a distance rather than to a millimetre.
