Returns and refunds

You can cancel your order and return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. You do not need to give a reason. This is your statutory right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK, and it applies to every order from this shop.

How to return something

Email us before you send anything back. We will confirm the return address and tell you what to include. Items should come back in the condition you received them, with the packaging where possible.

When you get your money back

We refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return, including the standard delivery cost you paid to receive it. Return postage is yours unless the item arrived damaged or was not what you ordered.

If something arrives damaged

Send us a photo. We will replace it or refund it, and you will not pay return postage.
