What it costs

Free on orders of 50 and over. Below that there is a flat rate, and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay anything. Both are tracked; there is no cheaper untracked option to pick by mistake.

Where we ship

United States, Canada, Ireland and the United Kingdom. Prices are shown in your own currency at checkout.

Dispatch and delivery times

The expected dispatch time is shown on each product page. We do not quote a single delivery promise for the whole shop, because it genuinely differs per item.

Arriving before Halloween

We have not published a cutoff date yet. The Arrives before Halloween collection is where that date will appear, on each product page, as soon as the supplier lead time is confirmed. Until then we make no promise that an order reaches you before 31 October — we would rather say nothing than say something we have not measured.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and duties

Orders shipped outside the country they are sent from may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility.
